THANK YOU! What I did was copy and paste the .lg file to the backups folder. It then could be seen under "Available backup sets" and I was able to load it from there.

I'm super happy to now be able to resume from where I'd left off. Had replayed 1969 thru 1978 seasons as KCR. Won pennant in 74,75,76, and 77 (3rd in 1978). Hoping to get back on top again in 79 and reach World Series for first time.

Thanks again for taking time to help. As someone who also plays the game, I'm sure you can understand my feelings of relief and joy at being able to resume from where I left off.
