First time playing GM only mode and after couple of season I decided not to renew my head coach contract. After it ended I just promoted one of the assist coaches to head coach and now he is not changing the lines. I can't even continue because I can't change the lines and AI is not doing it either. Also if I go to Manager -> Options -> Team Control Settings, all of them have assigned to me when before they were assigned to assistant I think. They also are greyed out so I can't even change them manually.
I'm probably gonna abandon this save so you don't need to fix it for me, but here is the save anyways if you want to see what went wrong.
