Obviously this did not get added to 18 and this has been an inactive post, but is the most recent one I could find. I still think this is a must for OOTP going forward and I think primarily so for online play. The only true use I see for it in online play, however, is in the playoffs. Most leagues live sim the playoffs and the gms are already around for the live sim anyways. If one time isn't around then the one who is should be able to manage against the other team's AI. This is necessary because how the AI manages the bullpen is still flawed even though this is the best it has ever been.

If nothing else this is needed to be able to manage your pen in playoff games.
