Since I couldn't find thread solely dedicated to player development I'm asking here.
How much time do you give to your young SP to develop stamina before you say that's it, you are never gonna be SP, you are going to be my RP? What are the chances he might develop stamina from let's say 9-10 to 14-15 (I'm using 1-20 scale)?
I know you are suppose to give 100+ IP to young SP in each minor league level and concentrate on stats that they can influence, like WHIP, HR/9, BB/9 and K/9.
Is numbers of IP related to development of stamina?
