jose mendez (according to the files from the game that i have, he pitched from 1902-1926.)

Bill Foster (also listed as Willie Foster) pitched 1923-1937 and his player ID for the game (in 18) is:

i've uploaded a .csv file for all the Negro League players that were in OOTP 18. (got it in a post by Sprtize, and of course i can't find the original post right off.) The player ID's are the ones this version of the game uses. hope this helps.
