No, I didn't know that about Chinese, or any known variant of it. Thank you for the information. Should prove most helpful and useful in the future.
As for the mention of Chinese, I just meant I prefer the previous manner of transliteration of Chinese place names over the system that is primarily used nowadays. Not saying that there is a high percentage of Chinese-language speakers in comparison to speakers of the other mentioned languages listed above in my fictional nation, though.
