The Jays got power from an unexpected source as Marco Hernandez launched two home runs in a 7-2 victory over the Rays.
Keon Barnum and Leonard O'Neill also homered for Toronto.
Ben Bowman left the game with a back injury. It is expected he will take it easy for up to a week.
