How do you get any updates for Current/active Fighters?

Like HW's Wilder, Joshus, Ruiz, and other divisions with Alvarez and all the other top fighters, the latest update I downloaded for Tb2013 puts the close to their latest fights, but some are several bouts away and their rankings are probably not reflective of how they should be in the game currently.

Is everyone just changing them on their own if so does anyone have some good updates they have done on the current ones.
