I am interested but prefer to create my own team names. A little bit of the point behind fictional.

promotion-relegation portion.

Top League
- The last place automatically demoted and 10th and 11th play a game or series for who stays and who is demoted

Middle League
- The top team automatically promoted. Two vs Three play a game or series to gets the promotion and stay.
- The last place automatically demoted and 10th and 11th play a game or series for who stays and who is demoted.

Bottom League
- The top team automatically promoted. Two vs Three play a game or series to gets the promotion and stay.

You can still have a league cup as the playoffs. 6 or 8 of the 12 teams. Just an idea on this part.
