It isn't easy especially if guys have fewer than 10 bouts or have inflated records and foreign fights. I've been working on them for a few years now. On Saturdays I watch Box Azteca and Solo Boxeo even though I don't speak Spanish. Also try to catch Boxeo Telemundo when they air. Been rating those guys for a while now. I've had numerous conversations about rating fighters with Mark (Ice Tea) at Canastota. Also keep an eye on Jackle's creations. Learned a lot watching how John Dewey rated fighters in the ESPN Friday night fights. Tried to step into his shoes and rate those guys after he passed away. Still feel more comfortable with veterans.
