Wow, thanks for pointing this out. I planned on using the new version on my IPAD that is version 9.3.5 and can't upgrade to IOS 10. Without any significant updates I am better off expanding my use with MLBM 2016

I am assuming Apple requires use of the latest IOS version for new apps. Like zeno, some IPADS can't get upgraded to IOS 10. My IPAD is up to date as much as it could go to 9.3.5.
