My game likes to crash-to-desktop right after I've finished managing the game. I click the "leave game" option and it reverts to my manager screen for 5-10 seconds,,, then CTDs. If I sim the days games it doesn't happen, but then you don't get the enjoyment (at least I enjoy it) of the managing experience.
