A great league looking for good GMs. Joining a new league is frustrating if you don't start with anything to work with. A few of the open teams are solid and have very bright futures. Just need the right GM!

We use OOTP'15 currently but are discussing whether or not to switch to '16 or wait until '17 comes out.

Don't pass up a good league if you still have '15 installed.
