I think the real-life Royals only went 3-10 against the Mariners in 1985. I don't even know what else to say about that.
In OOTP I hate it when I'm finally facing a pitcher (like 1985 Mike Langston) my team should rake — and instead we get shut out.
I continue to be amazed at how you're getting quality innings from the zombified left arm of Larry Gura in 1985.
And through all this, you're now only 2 games behind where the real-life Royals were at the same point in their championship season.
I have a feeling the White Sox are going to fold up pretty soon -- as they did in real life. Not that OOTP always follows real life.
