Scott13: Save the downloaded schedule to your "Schedules" folder inside your OOTP folder (actually, you can save it anywhere, but the "Schedules" folder is probably more convenient). Then, when you open OOTP, go to Game -> Game Settings -> League Settings -> Edit League Schedule -> Available Actions -> Import From File and then search for the downloaded schedule file. Make sure it matches your league settings (number of games, teams, divisions, etc.), and you'll be all set.
