Not sure how this works for the game. You can uafillate Kissimmee but they may or may not cause problems for the Gulf Coast league having and Indy team. I suppose you could saddle another team with it.

Problems
1. Most HS prospects aren't going to be ready for short A that could affect their development.
2. More cuts after each draft just having a short A team.
The advanced rookie and short A are there for a reason in the game and real life.
3. Potential AI problems for a league if you unaffiliate a team.
4. Potential AI problems for a team with 3 rookie league teams

I think the minors are set up now where even has a advanced rookie/Short A team and a rookie team. So it would cause some imbalances. You can try but it could ruin your game for you. It may or may not. Your ability to develop HS players will be diminished as well.

Also you can't do anything of this in challenge mode because you can't change league structure. So if you are playing challenge it is pretty much a non-starter.
