You need to unzip the winrar folders into the models folder. I think you should download the historical parks from Silvam's link below. He has updated all of them and I don't know if the ones in steam are up to date. If you download one at a time you can just unzip that park folder into the models folder. If you do a batch download then you will have to unzip the batch to your desktop or some temp folder then unzip each one to the models folder. Here is the link:
