NTC and NMC Logic - FHM6 Suggestion

After looking at this for a while I feel that the decision making matrix for whether a player is willing to waive their No Trade or No Move clause is not great in FHM5. Currently, if team budgets are equal, the only deciding factor seems to be if the team made the playoffs in the previous season. In one online league my team (Columbus) missed the playoffs by 1 point, the following season before the trade deadline we were 1st in the league by a mile but players used their No Trade Clauses to avoid coming to Columbus because they missed the playoffs the previous season, despite their current teams being WAY out of a playoff spot and Columbus being in 1st in the league. I've tested this in other leagues and found the same thing, if budgets are similar or equal players won't waive to a team that missed the season before.

Ideally in FHM6 this formula can be changed, if a player is unhappy or on a team near the bottom of the league they should be more likely to move to a team that has a shot at the playoffs, even if they didn't make it the season before. It would be nice if it looked at the current standings, the difference between the team they are on and the team they would be going to, and really any other factors you can think of that would make the system make more sense.
