It's probably been mentioned earlier in this thread, but that S.O.B. Altuve, who stole the M.V.P. from Judge in 2017, was wearing a buzzer in 2019. No doubt. Everytime I see that video clip, I am more convinced of that. What a piece of s***. The umps should frisk this clown every time he comes to the plate.

EDIT: Watch the post-game video with Ken Rosenthal asking why he didn't want his shirt ripped off. Altuve gives the lame excuse that his wife would be mad at him. He did not deny wanting/needing to keep his shirt on. And the reason is, his wife would be mad at him for exposing his pecs? At a time like this? That response alone is proof. If there is only one other person who needs to be punished, Altuve is that guy.
