MBL World Series: Game 2 -- Cincinnati 4, Des Moines 2

The Cincinnati Skyline pounded Des Moines Harvesters starting pitcher Yeo-San Park for four runs in the bottom of the first inning and rode it to a 4-2 win in Game 2 of the Midwest Baseball League World Series at Riverfront Stadium (1970).
With the victory, Cincinnati took a 2-0 lead as the series heads to Des Moines for three games.
Trent Grisham got Skyline rolling right off the bat leading off the bottom of the first with a home run.
Derek Fisher later drove in two with a double. Trea Turner completed the early onslaught with an RBI single.
Cincinnati did have to deal with losing starting pitcher Yu Darvish to an injury in the second inning.
But four relievers picked up the slack, led off by Kirby Yates for worked 2.2 innings and earned the win.
Sam Freeman (1.2), Kelvin Herrera (1.0) and Reyes Moronta (2.0) combined to close it out with Moronta earning his second save of the postseason.
