I don't want to spoil the fun, but at the same time I don't want you to get your hopes up and then be disappointed when the first version doesn't have all the stuff you mention in this thread

V1 will be concentrating on mirroring the NFL (and Colleges) as accurately as possible. If we could have used the term 'NFL' in the newsletter we would have, perhaps using the term "Football" led to some confusion, but that was unavoidably unfortunately

I apologize if not using the term 'NFL' gave you the wrong impression.

By all means you'll be able to customise your leagues and team names and have all the teams based in Canada (or wherever you want), and call the league the CFL (or whatever you want).
But it will be the CFL in name only.

I just don't want you to keep getting your hopes up for no reason for V1.
