Fair financials
No team preference (though I am a Mariners fan!)
League parity (no commissioner run team dynasties)
Prefer no coach/scouting and I hate waivers/option years but not a big deal
Prefer an established league
Active and professional managers a must
I have little online league experience but have been playing OOTP since version 6 and am both fair and active.
