Members of that virtual world would often design items for use in it, and I was among them. I called my shop in that virtual world Clovidequano Dovatha's Ultra-Fine House of Style, and when others bought my items, they either bought them for rewards or credits, which were in-game currencies.
Rewards were acquired for free, in various ways, while credits normally had to be paid for by someone who played the game. Most, if not all, of my items were sold for rewards, so I made no actual real-world profit in terms of cash. But I did get artistic experience, at least, of course.
Now if I can translate that experience to this sort of thing, it would be great, I'm sure. But I don't know if I could transfer designs from there to here, because I don't think the relevant templates from Kaneva and from the uniform, logo, and cap makers are sufficiently compatible, of course. CD out.
