I am playing a historical seasons with real rosters. I am currently in the 1969 season I am having persistent issues with starting pitcher rotation. The game keeps selecting certain pitchers to start over and over again in back to back games even when using strict rotation or always start highest rested settings. I am currently at June 1, 1969. Mike Cuellar, for example, has started 33 games and has 135 1/3 IP. I have spent hours trying to figure this out but have been unsuccessful. Hoping you can help me resolve this issue. Thanks.
