I've been searching recent posts and can't seem to find any help on this...I have done it before but it was years ago (and have been importing my league into newer OOTPs)...

I want to start a Quickstart league but expand by 2 teams and be the GM of one of the new teams, and draft before the start of the 2013 season. I was able to do this in the past, by somehow beginning the year in January so I could expand in pre-season.

Also, I will need the schedule file I downloaded that has 32 teams with an additional team in the NL central and AL west, with interleague play.

As I've said I've been searching and searching for threads on this, but can't seem to find one with this information. Any help is appreciated.
