i would think that ANY league has a commish that will veto any trade that is incredibly lopsided.
i have only experienced a tradecommittee once. and it backfired as the members started vetoeing eachothers trades.
unless a trade is REALLY REALLY bad (and most ppl agree on that fact), your perception of what is smart/good might be simply different
