Just to update, Lukas. I just installed 4 days ago a new SSD drive. Cloned my HDD to it and disconnected it. I'm running with only the SSD just to check everything out as to the clone worked. Everything is fine. The game does seem to run smoother with less jerkiness. Plus, after playing many games, I am confident my freezing issues are solved. My old HDD was going on 7 years. And freezing is a sign of the HDD dying. Next, a new graphics card as mine is rated very low and underachieving. It's last driver update was over 3 years ago. No more updates for this card. Upgrade soon. Thanks for all your help.
