Sorry about the crashing issues, we'll try to get them sorted out for you!
Rather than that crashdump, it would be most helpful to have your trace file log.
To generate that on Steam, right-click on your game in the Steam library, then go to Properties, and on the General menu click on 'Set Launch Options' and enter the word "tracemode" (without quotes.)
Then, start the game again, and after it crashes check in the FHM3 \debug directory for the fhm_trace.txt file, and then attach that file to a message to me, or a new support ticket.
We'll take a look at that and I'll be in touch with any suggestions on what to do to resolve things and get the game running properly.
