Agreed! Going on my fifth season. Took over the team with literally the worst record (53-109) and have turned my team into perennial division contenders. We've gotten better at parity this year. And once we expand. Hopefully in 2020 (it's 2018 now) we'll be able to bring in 2 new guys. I have some friends who want to join, but I'm also all for diversity!
