In MLB Manager 2015 (at least) the player must wait 15 days (now 10, I assume) from when placed on the DL. So when a player is out for several days you might decide not to put him on the DL, but are stuck when he suffers a setback. That's a much harsher rule than real baseball. Has this been addressed?

The new rule in real baseball only allows teams to backdate three days from the day player placed on 10-day DL. MLB Manager 2017 still uses 15-day DL.
