I'm on my phone so I can't post screenshots, but...
Your images folder inside the templates folder should have all of the images necessary for every card template you have. In the templates folder, if you create the cards manually, you can have all of the cards in there, just named differently. Ex. "2011topps_default". If you want the game to create cards automatically, there has to be "default", "all_star", "pitcher_award", etc.
