This bug is still in the game (was in FHM2 as well) - trying to sign FA, make him an offer, he says great, submit it. Submit offer is then grayed out and there is no way to give the offer. When I click meet demand again, he says I'm going back on the original offer. I have plenty of room under the cap.

Can someone please solve this extremely frustrating issue?
