Question on Scouting
With the star ranking system adjusted to show the player's level in the league, how does this affect assigning scouts?
If I have my scout employed by an NHL team scouting in the juniors, and looking for a minimum level of ability and potential, is that based on the scouted player's current NHL ability and potential, or their current league's ability and potential rating?
