Did you find more than one article about him on that site?
The one I saw, which included the picture of Duncan Campbell you posted, stated: "He was born on October 21, 1934 in the Cruz de Rio Grande, Bluefields, Son of Mr. Aubrey Desmond Campbell and Mrs. Ofelia Potoy."
I was not able to find the Costa Rican reference.
