Fix for online league cheating?

One problem that some leagues face is that they get knuckleheads who cheat by taking control of multiple teams, and this could really destroy leagues.

It causes a huge burden to commissioners to try and spot this behaviour.

Why not add in a line of code that sends a unique identifier for the copy or the pc that sends in exports? Some sort of global identifier that no matter what team or league you export to, this code is always the same and is unique. Then that can show up on the export results for the commissioner.

Obviously, cheaters can get around this by purchasing multiple copies of OOTP, but they'd then have to go through the effort of both additional monetary cost of cheating, and having to put OOTP on separate machines and only being able to export for one team in a league on each device to avoid detection (rather than just using a VPN to mask IP address).

Thoughts?

How do you detect cheats currently?
