Yes, I have 99 Ruth and he is hitting just .227/.338/.444, but is leading the league in HR.
These are all lefty extreme pull hitters, playing in a neutral home field. They're not all doomed to fail.

Can I ask... is the batted ball profile "flyball" or "line drive" hitter? If so, maybe they just don't hit enough grounders to be affected by the shift?
