I found a model on the 3D Warehouse that I started messing with but I realized it would be so much work that I scrapped it and just started from scratch. I started going a little overboard modeling some of the buildings outside the park (even some that you probably won't see), but finally cut myself off. But I did come across a pretty neat site called CADMapper that will generate free SketchUp files covering up to 1 square kilometer, including terrain, roads, and 3D Buildings (using their real heights if possible). Neat!

I also spent a lot of time on the outfield, adding the party deck, grass embankment and tend/pergola area in right field, finding advertisements and the Championship Corner banner, and even recreating the buffalo distance markers on the walls in the corners.
