I would extract it to your desktop. Then cut it and paste it into your saved game folder. To get to the saved game folder you should click on the my documents folder, then there should be a folder called sports interactive, click it. Then click ootp 2007 folder, then click data, then click saved games folder. Put the folder in there and then start the game and load it. There are 2 sports interactive folders, one in your my documents folder and 1 in your programs folder, don't go to your programs folder one.
