Cool factor that could be enhanced in next year's version. It is fun to have different goals from the owner at the start of each year, but once you get deep into a game and build a team that is a perennial title chaser, the goals ultimately end up the same. I play out each game, I simply find it fun and am willing to take the time, so it would be nice to have something new and fresh at the start of each season. Something more specific like trading for certain players, extending player X for X years, etc. There could be major and minor goals and your performance in these ultimately affects your rapport with the owner. In my experience, as long as I win, it doesn't matter if I'm not fulfilling his goals.
Just my 2 cents on this, a feature I would love to see improved. The system is already there, so why not improve it?
