While I sympathize with you and hope that you can get your issues resolved, I can only offer this...

1. Jeff Cato has long abandoned any kind of support for Catobase.
2. Many of the Cato experts have moved their interests to OOTP 2006
3. I (and other former-Cato enthusiasts probably) have uninstalled Catobase and longer use it.

But!! You may have some luck by sending a PM to Sandman or endgame. I think endgame is pretty much through with Cato, but he may have some suggestions. Sandman has been in and out of the community but he is still the foremost expert when it comes to Catobase.
