FYI, making the players older did not work. I made them 29 to 30 years old and they still got drafted, they just got drafted later in the draft. I even tried to make them really old (like 70!) and they still got drafted. It appears that something is hard-coded here that makes them get drafted. I will upload the file sometime this weekend.
