By far my favorite aspect of OOTP is starting a league using all time rosters, releasing them, and doing a fantasy draft.

I've used the search function and don't see where an all time Negro League roster has been done, but I suspect it has been at some point in time.

I would roughly think they would have most of the players mentioned when people have approached this topic historically.
