Where you see "Could not connect to the online services!" is where the sign in option should be.
Can you try shutting down any other programs you may be running at the same time as OOTP (including your anti-virus) and let me know if you see the options show up then? |
I'm a Steam user, when I first tried to log in Challenge Mode, I had to quit OOTP and restart it. Once I did this, the spot to log in was there and I was able to do so. Seems to me, if you log in right when you start the game without doing anything else, the log in is active. If you play another league or such, the login requires a restart.
