I'm glad you enjoy them, Brooks. As for the Intellect, it takes a rating of at least 7 if you want your fighters using their strategies more then 2 times during a bout. That's why mine rarely have a rating under 7. In fact, most of them are rated at 7 and 8.
Five new Heavies are coming -- Diak "The Borg from Bor" Bobylev amongst them.
