These two teams have been fairly successful over the last decade. Each has two championships, and each, atleast I thought, were coming close to needing to rebuild soon. Well, here they are, looking for a third Cup.
Quebec still runs through
Doug Gilmour. Cam Neely, now 29, has lost some skill, but went through a career worst 6 goal season. He’s got more then that in the playoffs though.
Grant Fuhr was the goalie for
Quebec during the season, but
Bob Essensa has played every playoff game.
St. Louis have a lot of depth. They don’t score a whole lot of goals, but get production all over the lineup. They are missing
Adam Oates, who regularly centers their top line.
Oates was injured during the first round. I like
Quebec here.
