Apparently this has not been addressed in ANY patch because I'm ALSO having this problem! I have restarted 2 seasons that I play manually (so you can imagine my extreme frustration) as I keep getting to no players in drafts! I had to skip through the drafts and I see a fix was mentioned and I have no idea how to change the game date to go back before drafts. I'm going to wait on my purchase of OOTP 19 to see if people are still having this problem because it's just not worth playing through seasons to get this at the end, especially when it's been reported so long ago on OOTP 18 and STILL getting same problems with no patch fix.
