Twice now I've tried to create an historical league, which does not import historical rookies instead creating a rookie draft. But this draft is not happening. I've double checked to make sure the rounds are set as well as the "Create for X rounds".

When the reveal date comes around, there are no players in the draft pool. If I simply sim to the draft, the players are never created and game will not advance.

So I zipped the league .dat files and uploaded them per the instructions. File name is: Frozen In Time.lg.7z

Please have a look and let me know why this is happening.
