I wouldn't blame you at all. As I wrote in another post a few days ago, some of these projects have simply gotten too big for one or two people to do. The number of elements, number of files, constantly updating and tracking, and then you're expected to do it again next year. Any project done online by more than a tiny number of people quickly becomes a mess. At this point, it may be better to just pick some project that you care about and do it really well, and others can do another project if they are so motivated. An All-in-One just seems like a mountain too high now.
