Silamikelis indeed was selected first in the draft by the Cardinals, followed by Hubbard to the Mariners. The Brewers gave up their first round draft pick and drafted Will Rose, Lincoln Underwood, Rick Massa, and Charles Woods in the first 5 rounds.
