You will have to manually fix their coordinates.

So you need to go into edit ballpark> Pictures & Coordinates. Just to the left of the preview image of you park, you will notice X and Y coordinates. You need to adjust the X and/or Y for the positions that are off. As in previous versions...you may have to play with it a little to get it just right. If all your stadium images are of the same angle you may be able to get away with adjusting one the way you want and then Assign Coordinates to all Parks (bottom right corner).
